Back Order Status

When placing an item on back order, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. If your order included shippable items, you will receive the shippable items in our normal turnaround time and your Invoice will indicate which item(s) were placed on back order. The back ordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

If you would like to check the status of your order please refer to your invoice. There are three ways to check on the status of your order:

  2. Call Customer Care at 800-851-3899, Monday-Friday 7-5:30 PM CST. Please have your Invoice Number ready.

Order Status

Return Policy

You may return any product purchased from Great Work! Associates within 90 days of delivery for a full product refund or exchange. All author event/lecture tickets purchased through Great Work! Associates are non-refundable. Partial returns on bundles and special packages are not accepted. All products included in bundles and special packages must be returned for a refund or exchange. Please enclose a copy of the invoice along with the merchandise you are returning. Returns will be refunded in the form that the original payment was received.

  • For shipping rates on orders delivered within the Continental United States, see Shopping Cart.
  • For shipping rates on orders delivered to Hawaii or Alaska, add $20 to prices shown on shopping cart.
  • For shipping rates on order outside of the United States add $35.00 plus 35% of the total cost of the order.!
  • For orders over $200.00 contact Great Work! Associates for shipping rates––1-800-851-3899. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We will provide an estimate of the rate after we receive your order, and verify your approval by e-mail.
  • All individual orders under $150.00 mailing to international locations will be charged an additional $50.00 in addition to the international shipping rate.

 

Delivery Time

Great Work! Associates estimates shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options chosen. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery within the Continental United States, and 2-4 weeks for orders outside of the United States. International AIR will be used for shipping to customers located outside of the USA. Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks delivery.

 

International Orders

Rates have also changed for international orders. All individual orders under $150.00 mailing to international locations will be charged an additional $50.00 in addition to the standard international percentage that matches your order total.

International customers may be charged additional Duty Tax for these items.

Great Work! Associates Holidays

Our warehouse is closed every Friday, on certain holidays, and during our annual inventory. Please note that absolutely no orders will be processed or shipped from one day before to one day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.  Be certain to review these dates closely if you require expedited shipping.

Discounts will be calculated when your order is processed by our customer service department, and will be reflected on your invoice. You will receive the best promotional discount upon receipt of order. We DO NOT combine discounts.

Terms for Heartwood Path Services

     Great Work! Associates will make every effort to secure satisfactory services. Participants in Heartwood Path Programs and Services, which include Seminars, Retreats, Coaching, Consultations, Conversations, and Guidance, are expected to pay one-half of the required fees in advance of the service and the remaining on the day of the commencement of services.   Requests for refunds for Heartwood Path services must be made via email or in writing 15 days before the commencement of services.  To be placed on the list for services or a program requires a payment of one-half of the service or program price.  No program or service will be scheduled until one-half of the fees are paid. Each participant will receive along with the invoice the conditions of service. No refunds will be made after a program or service is complete according to the conditions of service.  If the terms of the service are not met because of some fault with a Great Work! Associate or because of any other problem not caused by the participant  (including weather that makes the program or service impossible to deliver or cancellations of space for the program or service by an entity other than Great Work! Associates), a full refund will be sent to each participant within two weeks of the last date of service. Simply claiming dissatisfaction with a program or service is not grounds for a refund.     We are always looking for talented writers, artists, photographers, and illustrators whose work is suitable for our newsletter. If you would like to have your work considered, send us nonreturnable samples such as color copies or tear sheets. Do not send original art or slides. We will then keep your work on file. When we need art or photographs, we look through our files until we find an appropriate stylistic match, then we will contact you if your work seems appropriate. Because of the volume of work we receive, we regret that we cannot respond personally to each submission.

    If your work is available to view online or if you have an online portfolio, you may e-mail us a link to your work instead of mailing us samples. Online portfolios offer a significant advantage in that when we are searching for images, we often browse these portfolios to see the entire spectrum of a person’s work available for use.     Please note that we prefer work that expresses a positive and uplifting feeling. Keep in mind that some of our recent titles have been about such topics as spirituality, self-empowerment, alternative health and fitness, relationships, personal growth, and environmental protection. We encourage you to choose samples to send that fit closely with these themes. We do not use cartoons or caricatures or art that expresses dark, scary, or melancholy themes.
